Ke Ola Hou is a 278-unit multifamily rental community created specifically for native Hawaiians earning up to 100% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
The development is intended to provide safe, high-quality housing while supporting future generations through community-centered living.

To be placed on the waitlist according to the current DHHL award waitlist, your completed application must be received and/or postmarked on or before July 16, 2026. Every question must be answered — do not leave any blanks (write “N/A” where a section does not apply). All adult applicants 18 or older must sign and date the application.
